For those in my DMs grasping their pearls at the suggestion we should look really closely at our election bodies: HELLO?! This is the president of the Ontario PC party. 
People seem to have forgotten that Thug used the notwithstanding clause to overrule a court that ruled against his #VoterSuppression legislation. He made it illegal to criticize him before the election. 🤯 And media called it a "quiet election". Like, c'mon.

Anyway, Canada has become exceedingly good at #VoterSuppression in the last decade or so. So good, people will argue that it's not happening while it's happening right in front of us. This is fairly easy to pull off when every media outlet is aligned. 🙃😐
I think it's no coincidence we've got chicanery in all these leadership races. Destabilization comes in many forms, but undemocratic leadership races seem to be all the rage.
