The Court Of Public Opinion is now in session on the case of We The People vs The City Of Philadelphia and its Prosecutorial and Judicial System.

Please be seated. We begin.

2) Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, during the course of this trial, The Prosecution will present a Constitutional Case against the City of Philadelphia et al as a State Actor, for Gross Misconduct and Complete Malfeasance against one veteran hero, Joshua Macias.

3) Please let it be known that the term "Veteran Hero" is no mere mode of praise, but rather is a SUBSTANTIVE component of our case. We will show that Macias' status AS a veteran hero is PRECISELY one of the most important criterion by which his persecution was determined.

4) Furthermore, let it be known and understood that our prosecution against Philadelphia et al State Actor, will proceed by the Rules and Laws of Public Opinion. We recognize the low nature of the bar, and embrace it utterly. Public persuasion is our Mission of Justice.

5) Additionally, should anyone wish to see previous case law under this low bar, please refer to PardonFlynnNow.com. Much reference to this previous successful case will be herein made. Particularly to both #PardonFlynnNow and #PardonOfInnocence.

6) Mention must be made of Amicus Curiae @tamaraleighllc who as a friend of the court will be an expert witness on all matters pertaining to the prosecution under the low bar of the Law of Public Opinion. Members of the Jury not yet following her are greatly encouraged to do so.

7) A simple brief of our case will now be given. On or about January 6, 2017, Joshua Macias was wrongly arrested in the City of Philadelphia. He was accused of, and has since been exonerated over Sedition Against The State. A 2nd charge pertained to a concealed weapon he carried.

8) City of Philadelphia et al, State Actor (hereinafter referred to as COP) sought viciously to silence an American Hero for the sole reason that he showed up to ensure a proper counting of the Election 2020 vote. Additionally, COP wishes to obliterate Macias' 2A rights.

9) We will show that these motivations were 100% political in nature, and had not one thing to do with the high bar of actual law. The case is of special significance in that the power of the Court Of Law was used to completely silence Macias, thus obliterating his 1A rights.

10) Early reference to the case of one General Michael T. Flynn LTG Retired will now be made. What was shown in the end was that both the Mueller Investigation and its prosecutorial arm, as well as the Court of Law administered by Judge Emmet Sullivan, were 100% corrupt.

11) Our prosecution of that case in the Court of Public Opinion took 2 years to finally attain a righteous outcome. However, it is critical to understand how the public's will had to be moved. For the majority of that time, Public Opinion sought EXONERATION, not PARDON.

12) This was completely understandable for this reason. Americans have a deeply, soul-set belief in Rule of Law. Of the three branches of government, the most respected remains the judiciary. Under the cover of this respect, Judge Sullivan became part of the prosecution team.

13) Judge Sullivan completely corrupted his court, abusing his power in the most egregious of manners. It was this prosecution's mandate to show that corruption for what it was. Our position was simply that a corrupt court has NO standing to exonerate at law.

14) Public Opinion was rightly very slow to surrender its respect of Sullivan's Court and standing as Judge. But, this prosecution was able to successfully reveal the rampant corruption in play, thus moving Public Opinion away from his corrupt rulings and behavior.

15) This can be shown by the millions of members of the public who signed on for both hashtags, #PardonFlynnNow and #PardonOfInnocence. Further, this is shown in that the Pardon that President Trump issued included the term "Pardon Of Innocence" for the first time in history.

16) It is on the basis of that successful outcome that we return to prosecute this case against COP and on behalf of Macias. Our objective is to return both his 2A and, even more importantly, his 1A rights as rapidly as possible. There is another objective.

17) On 14 December 2022, sentencing will be given by the Court of Law in COP, and it is highly possible that Macias will be incarcerated for up to 18 months (by guidelines) over his 2A case. It is our job to inform the COP that this will be opposed with all we have.

20) Much has rightly been accused of by the Lords Of Twitter. Yet, it must still be understood that the virtually free (time and effort must still be invested, and time and effort have been minimized as much as is possible at that) use of one's Twitter 1A right is powerful.

21) We just said "one's Twitter 1A right." And that is absolutely accurate. However, of course, what we seek is millions upon millions of patriots who pledge to support their veteran hero brother by adding these hashtags to their posts.
