11 November 2022 - 2nd Free Joshua Analysis

In today's work we have to correct and layout the initial timeline.

2) What follows will walk us through the initiation of this travesty of injustice, at the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021. Allow me to review our current condition, first, and then we'll set up the timeline getting all this started.

3) As it stands right now, the two cases brought by the Philadelphia City DA again Joshua have been heard and decided. The first charge, election interference, was completely dismissed. The second, was a charge of carrying guns without a licence. This was decided guilty.

4) Understand, Joshua has a duly issued conceal and carry licence from the State of Virginia, where he lives. He completely - and I believe rightly - thought his licence was adequate. As we roll, we will find and interview counselors at law to explain the basis here, formally.

5) As it stands, however, the judge decided that both Macias and LaMotta are guilty on the gun charges, and sentencing is set for 14 December, in just a few weeks. It will be on us to address this in the Court of Public Opinion in advance, as well as be there for any outcome.

6) I realize I have to say a bit more about the Court Of Public Opinion and its immediate power. Here's a for instance. Let's say we set up a request for the judge, relative to sentencing, respectfully asking that zero days in jail be the sentence. Now, picture 1,000s of us.

7) Something like...

Your Honor, it is our true request that, at his sentencing hearing you #FreeJoshuaMacias. Please sentence him to zero days in jail.

Now picture that 1,000s and 1,000s of us have signed on for that request.

8) What's more, picture we worked with our hero's attorneys team, and that we made enough noise so that they could generate a report for the judge in sufficient time for him to consider it. I 100% promise you, judges care about such, be the judge righteous or be he not.

9) That's enough on the right now present for the moment. In our next analysis, we will discuss what happens if our hero is released - Yeah!!! - or not - BOO!!!. In either case, we will have work to do so that's where we'll turn. Now, we head back to the beginning.

i/ We begin with an election, the greatest landslide reelection of any President in American History, which was stolen by the greatest political cabal in the form of an almost impossible to believe, historic Penn & Teller act. November 3, 2020

ix/ Nov 11, Veterans' Day Evening, Cell Block B, which was under illegal quarantine, holding 180 prisoners, 90 or so of whom decide to hunger strike with Macias & LaMotta. Quarantine ends Nov 12.

xiii. January 14, In Court Hearing DA Krasner attempts and fails to break Macias' bail, but succeeds in getting it raised to $860,000. Macias spends another day in jail, until new arrangement is made.

16) Please imagine how, from his arrest on November 5, 2020 until now, two years later, Macias' life has been utterly upended. And consider the worst part of all, and there are many very bad parts. They have succeeded in their goal to #SilenceJoshuaMacias.

17) That's right. This entire time, his bail was stipulated by a silence decree. This is the leveraged method of breaking down the state's enemies. Take their liberty, offer it back, on condition of surrendering 1A. Break silence? Go straight to jail.

18) In coming analysis, we'll walk through the state's illegal use of leverage, breaking Macias' 1A rights; the fact that he is a victim of State Actor Crime; the complete and utter perversion of the law, and perpetrated by government prosecution.

19) One way or another, sooner or later, we will #FreeJoshuaMacias and have him back, and then, they will #LetJoshuaSpeak. And then together, the project of rebalancing the Rule of Law in America will be our mission.
