2/ i've read several wild speculations on that one too.. claiming that the only time Ru did this, soon after they left the areas...
but actually it is totally false, they did that in some other villages but smaller one where no one talked about and gave a flying fck..
so it would

3/ be really "nice" to witness but not even the intel services are claiming such things for now.
also this would litteraly gives all the area to Ukr and "kill" their gain in #Lyssytchansk and nullified the interest of fighting for #Svatove .

4/ so unless -suddenly & for no real reasons - they just want to retreat and give away half the north of #Luhansk i really don't see this coming true.

and that's it for this "news".
the reality of it might much more simple as usual "Ockham razor" here again..
they don't want

5/ to deal with/take care of new Ru civilians in these cities and have no money intention to build back real infrastructures for winter. so they just evacuate them as they are enraging against ru because they lack everything and get cold at night now.

6/ that will also allow ru to steal everything that remains there, and let them shell/bomb as they want these cities if Ukr get back there..

also they remove witness of crimes & "kill" what could be others "liberation videos" like in #Kherson
