There were enough to fill a huge square of #HeartsForMurderedWomen lining #StPetersSquare - one for each of the 144 women killed by #maleviolence #16DaysOfActivism #IDEVAW #16days
The #HeartsForMurderedWomen blew in the wind and the #Manchester public stopped to ask what we were doing. We were able to raise awareness of fatal #maleviolence #16DaysOfActivism #IDEVAW #16days
So many people did not know about @CountDeadWomen or @we_are_nina so we are glad we created our #HeartsForMurderedWomen so the names of our murdered sisters are remembered #IDEVAW #16days #16DaysOfActivism

It is an emotional day, but one which we feel is important. We remember and honour the women for whom we made the #HeartsForMurderedWomen, we raise awareness to try help other women and we come together in #sisterhood, many of us survivors too #Solidarity #16DaysOfActivism
Watch our socmed in next week or so and you will be able to home one of our #HeartsForMurderedWomen. We donate the raised funds to @tweet_tdas & the @FemicideCensus equally. We learned our money funded a project for women & girls last year with @tweet_tdas #womensupportingwomen
