The #Taliban's Director for State-owned @BakhtarNA published a letter attributed to the Ministry of Education, instructing related officials that girls of all ages and grades can go to #Madrassas. "Schools& courses are also open for girls from grade 1 to 6 only."

The letter also clarified that students and female teachers of all Community-Based schools from grade 1 to 6, run by NGOs, are allowed to attend their classes.
According to the letter, due to misunderstanding, Madrassas&schools below grade 6 were also closed in some areas of AFG.

A TB's @MoEAfghanistan official, Wahidullah Hashimi, on his twitter account clarified that:
"Girls schools from grade 1 to 6, have not been closed. Only those schools that have students from grade 7 to 12 remain suspended. The same principles apply to the NGOs-run local classes."

The Taliban's acting minister of higher education:
"When a Muslim woman is dishonored in the East of the world, it is the religious duty [Fardh/obligation] of the Muslims even in the West to protect the honor of mentioned woman..We did not create this path of dishonor to women...

The latest issue of the IS group's Al Naba weekly is once again dominated by the news of #ISKP's suicide attack on the military section of the Kabul Airport. Beside being the main story on the cover page, the report took 2 other pages of the propaganda magazine. On infographic...
...page, 3 attacks with 52 casualties, have been attributed to the ISKP during the past week, including the above mentioned BBIED attack in Kabul City and two target killings in Peshawar and Bajaur of Khaybar Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan.
Al Naba weekly revealed that Abdul Jabar al-Tajiki, who was involved in the 2 high-profile attacks in Kabul, was from #Tajikistan but spent most of his life outside his country. According to the magazine, he was also #rich & could live a luxury life if didn't join the ISKP/jihad.

"Late today, operations was carried out in Qalacha and Shuhdai Salehin areas of Kabul city on the hideouts of Daesh Kharijites (#ISKP). 7 Kharijites were killed& 7 others were captured alive.
