The #Taliban's Director for State-owned @BakhtarNA published a letter attributed to the Ministry of Education, instructing related officials that girls of all ages and grades can go to #Madrassas. "Schools& courses are also open for girls from grade 1 to 6 only."

The letter also clarified that students and female teachers of all Community-Based schools from grade 1 to 6, run by NGOs, are allowed to attend their classes.
According to the letter, due to misunderstanding, Madrassas&schools below grade 6 were also closed in some areas of AFG.

A TB's @MoEAfghanistan official, Wahidullah Hashimi, on his twitter account clarified that:
"Girls schools from grade 1 to 6, have not been closed. Only those schools that have students from grade 7 to 12 remain suspended. The same principles apply to the NGOs-run local classes."
