You are the true heros.
Also, I want to thank @lmwebr @BoyiGuo for each teaching a week in the 2nd class! I am very appreciative and both of you are wonderful educators.

What a fantastic way to start a week!

Thank you to @sallycmorton and @FDuBoisBowman for visiting us in the COPSS @COPSSNews leadership academy yesterday!

First, the zoom meeting (pictured above) took place because of the visionaries @BhramarBioStat and Huixia Judy Wang, who conceived the idea of the COPSS Leadership Academy and brought it to fruition!

The purpose of this award is to "recognize early career statistical scientists who show evidence of and potential for leadership and who will help shape and strengthen the field".

@Bioconductor @naturemethods OSCA is a rich, reproducible, accessible (from beginners to experts!) resource with many #scRNAseq workflows & datasets. The resource is an online #bookdown book that compiles every night to track development by the open-source and open-development @Bioconductor #rstats community
@Bioconductor @naturemethods Now, OSCA is not the only set of packages / workflows for the analysis of #scRNAseq data. #Scanpy (scanpy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/) and #Seurat (satijalab.org/seurat/) and are two incredibly popular packages in #python and #rstats, respectively.
