An important note from this evening, speaking with one gentleman from Norfolk who has testified a few times today, he points out that the only people left in the hearing room are "the grassroots" on the conservative side and the lobbyists... #NEleg

What we've all been waiting for - will pets be allowed in offices?! While Nebraskans struggle through a plethora of issues, @NebraskaMegan presents this to the rules committee π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ but hey, when you're from a multi million dollar family, your problems are different from most!
Next rule, @NebraskaMegan says she presents the open door rule when present in office solely to "be a pest". Those were her exact words.. This just shows how serious she must take this and we're not sure how her senate colleagues can take her seriously at all!
Just now, @senatormachaela @CavanaughforLeg gives testimony about not allowing firearms in legislative spaces.. Nebraska is a pro Second Ammendment state, for both Republicans and Democrats. The testimony that followed was, well, see below π³
