1/2 If Jamie Vigliarolo was let go without cause, his severance was likely two years salary.
Pam Menchenton is ED of client services at the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency. She told the @HfxExaminer that Vigliarolo was dismissed in October 2022.
“We only received the
2/2 final report and the conclusion of the auditor general this month, so those dismissals took place as a result of restructuring,” Menchenton said in an interview.
Asked about Vigliarolo’s severance, Menchenton wouldn’t comment. @NSNDP@ChenderClaudia

We are grateful to Coun. Gordon MacDonald @tobinroader for keeping affordable housing on council agenda. As has been pointed out around the council table, affordable housing is not a municipal responsibility.
Thankfully though this doesn’t mean it can’t be a municipal priority.
