20-yr-old Greta Thunberg surrounded by far-right shit-stirring #ClimateCrisis-denying dimwits, including GB "News" fake-vicar Calvin Robinson, & Rebel "News" Ezra Levant & British actor Callum Smiles asking infantile bad faith questions, responds with calm & occasional laughter.
In case you don't know, Rebel "News" is a divisive Canadian far-right misinformation platform founded by Ezra Levant. In two legal rulings, judges said of Levant he has a "reckless disregard for the truth". Gavin McInnes, founder of the neofascist Proud Boys, was a contributor.
Levant promotes #climatechange denial & advocated the interests of Oil Sands in Alberta, & in an article for Canada's National Observer, Max Fawcett named Rebel Media as one of the groups undermining "the scientific consensus around climate change & vaccines".
Ezra Levant employed Tommy Robinson & launched him in 2017 as The Rebel's "Shillman fellow" UK correspondent.

The Rebel was so well-financed that Robinson earned a salary that, at times, touched more than £10,000 a month - with additional funds for a film-making team.
Levant is accused of perpetrating a paranoid & delusional conspiracy theory that the world's liberal elites are complicit in hiding the truth about Islam.

He raises millions of dollars from his audience & substantial support from wealthy US backers.

Last year, the @Conservatives' swivel-eyed ERG & Net Zero Scrutiny Group MP Steve Baker repeatedly retweeted Ezra Levant, with @BylineTimes referring to Rebel News as a 'Fake News Publisher of Holocaust Denial'.

Rebel News has released materials defending #Holocaust denial, & its staffers have connections to white supremacist & neo-Nazi groups.

They also hired former Donald Trump advisor Sebastian Gorka, who has links with Hungarian Nazi collaborators.
In 2017, Canadian Conservative Party politicians scrambled to distance themselves from Rebel "News" after one of its contributors, Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes, “let loose an antisemitic rant on his internet talk show”. Ezra Levant is on record for defending McInnes.
In 2018, McInnes was banned from Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram for promoting violent extremist groups & hate speech, & in 2020, YouTube suspended him for hate speech, posting content that was "glorifying [and] inciting violence against another person or group of people."
McInnes said visiting the "Holocaust" (he used air quotes) museum made him question the number of Jews killed & the existence of gas chambers at Nazi concentration camps. His Rebel News show received shout-outs from white nationalist Richard Spencer & KKK Grand Wizard David Duke.
Calvin Robinson is a regular on multimillionaire-funded anti-woke far-right propaganda joke station GB "News", on Murdoch's anti-woke far-right propaganda joke station Fox "News", & at DAVOS reported for anti-woke far-right propaganda joke, Rebel "News".

The tax-avoiding Tory-supporting billionaire-owned Mail ALWAYS blames the poor.

While the top 10% of earners pay 53% of all INCOME tax (£208bn of £393bn), the HMRC collected £714.8bn in taxes in 2021/22, & the UK's top 10% own 43% of ALL wealth, the bottom 50% just 9%. ImageImageImage
A better way to 'get tough on welfare spending' would be to get tough on the CAUSES of welfare spending. 75% of working-age benefits are spent on: income top-ups for low-paid workers; benefits to help pay rent; & disability, sickness & incapacity benefits.
You wouldn't know it from the billionaire-owned "news" media, but the UK Govt spends significantly LESS than the EU average on economic affairs, education, general public services, recreation facilities, & public protection.
