A large number of those designated by the Iranian regime, are would be targets of the regime’s terror plot by convicted diplomat Asadollah Assadi, in the 2018 Free Iran World Summit in Paris. Tehran is seeking a controversial deal with Belgium to free Assadi. #DontFreeTerrorists
These 61 Americans sanctioned by #Iran's regime are fighting state-sponsored terrorism by the ruling theocracy in Iran. Today’s designation should be an added reason why Belgium must not return the regime’s convicted terrorist Assadi, as a gift to Tehran.

IAEA DG Rafael Grossi said #Iran’s regime had failed to reduce concerns about violations of its nonproliferation safeguards agreement, will eventually cross the uranium enrichment threshold. #IAEA’s Board of Governors is to decide on decades of denial, deception & duplicity.
The IAEA report is perhaps the most damning since its Nov 2011 report, which highlights clear activities related to the Possible Military Dimensions (PMD) of Iran's nuclear program, i.e., uranium particles of anthropogenic origin at three undeclared locations in Iran. 2/
These 3 locations are, Turquzabad (2019), Varamin (2020) and ‘Marivan’ (2020). Despite "numerous opportunities, in different formats," IAEA report states, "Iran has not provided explanations that are technically credible in relation to the Agency’s findings at those locations."3/

A Swedish Prosecutor released the indictment on Hamid Noury, a regime henchman involved in the #1988Massacre: Khomeini issued a decree, stating that all prisoners in Iranian prisons who were affiliated with the MEK & remained faithful, were to be executed. ncr-iran.org/en/ncri-statem…
"Shortly afterward, mass executions of supporters of MEK in the Iranian prisons began. Between July 30 & August 16, 1988, Hamid Noury, as an assistant prosecutor...in collusion with other perpetrators at Gohardasht Prison in Karaj, executed a large number of members of the MEK."

Ebrahim Raisi, became Assistant Prosecutor in Karaj in 1980 at the age of 19 and a year later as Prosecutor of the Revolutionary Court of Karaj, and shortly thereafter as the prosecutor of Hamadan; he has been involved in the killing of so many innocent people. #رئیسی_جلاد۶۷

Treasury Targets Billion Dollar Foundations Controlled by Iran’s Supreme Leader home.treasury.gov/news/press-rel… The Execution of Khomeini’s Order ‘EIKO’, is the richest and highest revenue-generating enterprise controlled by Khamenei. The other is The Astan-e Qods-e Razavi Foundation.
"EIKO and AQR control large swaths of the Iranian economy, including assets expropriated from political dissidents and religious minorities, to the benefit of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and senior Iranian government officials." EIKO was also designated in 2013 under E.O. 13599.
EIKO, also known as SETAD, has been able to take possession of some of the most profitable and largest commercial and financial firms, thanks to the direct and daily backing of Khamenei himself. The most conservative estimate of SETAD wealth is $95 billion.

Intel Minister Mahmoud Alavi designated today under E.O. 13553, for "serious human rights abuses" against the Iranian people, also collaborated with Foreign Minister @JZarif in a series of terror plots in Europe since 2018. Both deserve additional #terrorism designation as SDGT. Image
