Pro-Taliban accounts claimed that a #suspect arrested in connection to yesterday's explosion in Kabul, is apparently a bodyguard of the IEA's Deputy Prime Minister, Mullah Baradar. A #Pakistani_delegation lead by the country's Defense Minister& include ISI chief, arrived in #Kabul and met with the Taliban's Deputy PM, Mullah Baradar.
