"Guys are v. excited to get behind a coffee machine, seeing how it works, and how to make a coffee. We move away from 'theory behind coffee' to actually doing it: learning whilst doing. Guys love it. They become more confident [...] It gets competitive. But they love the process"

RR helps guys from buying new clothes, to providing a hardship #fund, #mentalhealth support, & trauma-training programme for our retail workforce to ensure everyone is supported.
