@CTVNews’ promotion of #NevrePoilievre was on full display last night immediately following the Oscars, where PP was featured off the top implying Trudeau is responsible for airport delays 🤦‍♀️. The framing of political hit job stories in #cdnmedia isn’t news & it’s concerning.
A couple of things about this absolutely toxic tweet. What ‘law breaking’? None. #NevrePoilievre has manufactured “broken laws” & “treason”. This is such reckless toxic rhetoric. It is fascistic. Notice his constant nonstop data mining off his lies as well. #WomenAgainstPoilievre Image
And if we’re talking about “treason” & “law breaking”, let’s talk about an elected official trying to rewrite the facts on destabilization operation, #FluTruxKlan, (which Polievre was part of), the way Tucker Carlson is attempting to rewrite reality about #January6thInsurrection. So yesterday I was fed a story in my news app that enraged me. #Cdnmedia is in a crisis. The rank inability to employ logical reasoning, the pushing of a narrative for political ends, is not reporting. It is propaganda & it misinforms the public, not the opposite. #cdnpoli ImageImage
It was more shockingly poor reporting on Chinese interference, implying a connection where no factual evidence is provided. Merely a faulty attempt to draw conclusions without substantiating anything. Just garbage reporting. #CdnmediFailed #cdnpoli ImageImageImageImage
The article even admits it has no evidence, merely wild speculation implying that the drop in #Conservative votes is due to a vague implication of Chinese interference. Chiu lost & because he lives in a RW bubble, imagines that it must be “interference”…#CdnMediaFailed #cdnpoli ImageImage

I’m getting sick of this propaganda amplified on the left. Imagining a dictator committing genocide & war crimes will happily cooperate if just allowed to keep some of the invaded territory, is nonsense. Peak Neville Chamberlain, only worse. We’ve seen how this plays out #Ukraine
It is also utter nonsense that Putin launched his genocidal war because “NATO”. This is a version of the excuses made for rapists. Coming up with all manner of ways to muddy who is to blame. Russia is responsible for its murderous acts, not counties looking to protect themselves.
As many have pointed out, it’s the bargain of the century to help #Ukraine defeat a mafia state committing war crimes. We spent WAY more💰& lost Canadian lives in Afghanistan without justification. Putin being appeased rather than stopped, means emboldening murderous dictators.

Something else in this CSIS/Fife story, doesn’t pass the smell test & once again, demonstrates #CdnMediaFailed. Who keeps being interviewed by @globalnews & others? None other than Richard Fadden. The former Harper appointee of @csiscanada, later Harper NatSec advisor. #cdnpoli ImageImageImageImage
Richard Fadden was also Harper’s Deputy Minister of National Defence from 2013 to 2015. He was also Harper’s Associate Secretary to the Cabinet.

Fadden was also Harper’s Deputy Minister of Citizenship & Immigration Canada from 2006 to 2009. #cdnpoli #CdnNatSec ImageImageImage

Dong defeated current #CPC comms director, Sarah Fisher, in the 2019 election in question. You may know Fischer from her vocal support of the #FluTruxKlan destabilization operation that cost 🇨🇦 billions & provided a-bombs of disinformation to the political right, including 🇷🇺&🇨🇳.
