We are in a cost of living crisis which is another reason that #COVID has been a lower priority for many families. However, getting long covid is a reason why so many people are losing their jobs, homes and unable to pay bills.
So one of the most important things we can do is safeguard our health, without that we can’t work. The Tories don’t care about our health. Please wear a #N95 open windows in schools and offices. Use a co2 monitor and #Airfilter.

The lockdown impacted my health fairy story is doing the rounds again. Let’s look at the facts:

This was a couple of years ago.
It wasn’t a full lockdown
All essential workers went to work
SEN schools reopened early on
We were all out and about exercising
Secondly those claiming this shield remember that Sweden NEVER had a lockdown. It was also a monumental disaster. latimes.com/business/story…
So what could be the reason behind everyone being more unwell 🤧?

I’m sure we are all aware that catching one bug on top of another is never a good thing to do.

The government has let the #SARSCoV2 virus rip around the country and have claimed it’s only a sniffle.

The Tories have divided the nation over so many things. They have divided us over #COVID and marginalised those suffering from long covid and who are at higher risk. Many of us have campaigned daily for over three years for change.
Over three years on the damage from #COVID is clear to see from the many lived accounts on here. Everyone is at risk from this virus. We need a sensible and balanced approach moving forward.
We need #Airfilters in hospitals, schools and work. So that the risks decrease for all of us. This will save tens of thousands of lives a year.

14,000 patients have died from hospital acquired #COVID infections and instead of bringing back masks and #Airfilters for an airborne virus, UKHSA are still advising hand washing. The army has air filters, Parliament has air filters. Stop denying it’s an airborne virus.

The level of ableism towards cev/cv is high. The push for ‘normalcy’ without being inclusive has been shocking. Many have suffered peer pressure to: carry on as normal, not wear a mask. All from people at a much lower risk. Whilst at the same time adjustments for …
everyday life are so infrequently made. Then the government portrayed us all as being overly anxious people for worrying about our demise. All whilst restricting vaccine access to our children, antivirals and failing to put air filters into schools. Now they have ended testing
In hospitals so they can pretend it’s over and claim many died of something else or brought COVID in with them. When the reality is we all live reduced careful lives.

Each #SARSCoV2 infection increases your long term health risks #COVID
Reinfections increase your risk of #LongCovid and moving forward the Tories are no longer offering vaccines to most of the population, including a lot of clinically vulnerable.
There is no lasting immunity to #COVID
Please remember that catching the virus puts you at risk from #Cardiovasculardisease #Bloodclots
#Strokes #Braindamage #Lungdamage

Employers and schools should not be encouraging staff and children to go to work quickly after a #COVID infection. You have a better chance of avoiding #LongCovid if you rest. 62,000 children now have long covid. How many were pushed back to school quickly by DfE in the drive…
For continued attendance. Yes school and work are important but if you lose your health you can’t work or take exams. Going back early when you are infectious just passes the problem onto others who may have vulnerable family members. It is irresponsible and the current policies
Are frankly wrong. We should not be accepting policies that cause continued harm to children and those around us. We should be saying no to this narrative.
