1. On the purloined documents, Jack Smith has the elements of three serious crimes and proof sufficient to establish willfulness, not just because he said it on a recording but because he issued a presidential directive signed on his last full day in which he admitted he knew.

1. Though no formal meeting is on the table, this meeting at the table could break the stalemate. After pondering this, the Trump CAATSA sanctions placed on LI personally for authorizing Chinas purchase Russian made aircraft and anti-air weapons should be addressed.

1. Schumer offered Debt Ceiling bill motion to proceed and there was no objection. Several amendments are being reported and they are limited. Require 60 votes to pass. 7:30 pm the Senate will vote. Lee, Cain and Kennedy amendments are treated differently. 10 GOP amendments
2. and 1 Democratic. Each amendment will get 10 minute votes so the members have to stay on the floor. There will be a joint statement by Schumer and McConnell put in the record.
