This is on top of reports where locals were reporting a powerful explosion during the night and strange sounds following it. So far we have 3 independent confirmations through different signals that an explosion occurred at the dam. #RussiaUkraineWar

📷Images from earlier today show soot and thermal damage from the side of the GUR building facing the central parking area. Images are taken at the following coordinates:

With only thermal damage visible it seems the warhead may have been a bunker buster. ImageImageImage
🔥At 05:28 Kiev time on the morning of the 28th, seismographic instruments located almost 100km away picked up on a violent unnatural disturbance. There were reports from residents that they felt shaking and earthquake reports flooded various websites.
