1.Oh look! In January 2018, Fox News confirmed that BRUCE OHR has been fired as the head of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). As the head of OCDETF, Ohr was directly involved with Project Cassandra. (Wikipedia)
2. In December, 2017 Josh Meyer broke the story in Politico about a project "launched in 2008 after the Drug Enforcement Administration amassed evidence that Hezbollah was basically running crime syndicate" collecting beaucoup bucks
3. From drugs and money laundering, weapons trafficking and tons of really bad stuff with an estimated haul of about $1 billion greenbacks. For 8 years, DEA agents worked diligently out of a top secret facility in Chantilly, VA
4. through a variety of super espionage-y and dangerous methods such as wiretapping, undercover ops, informants to map the networks in conjunction with "30 U.S. and foreign security agencies. Let's just say, these people worked real hard to take them down-
5. They followed cocaine shipments "some from Latin America to West Africa and on to Europe and the Middle East, and others through Venezuela and Mexico to the United States. They tracked the river of dirty cash
6. as it was laundered by buying used cars and shipping them to Africa."And guess who owned car dealerships? None other than the Awans. Some suspect they were connected to the operation read here- google.com/amp/amp.dailyc…
7. But somehow, the King Ruiner, you guessed it- Barack Insane Obama-- began to meddle with the sting. Just as these good and diligent agents began to close the deal with requests for approval of prosecutions, arrests and financial sanctions
8. people at the highest levels of the Obama administration at the justice and treasury departments threw every wrench and roadblock in their way, effectively putting a screeching halt on the operation.
9. Those who were interviewed were baffled and confused in addition to being royally pissed off that their years of energy and risk taking were suddenly rendered a useless waste of time. Some of the charges were filed in The U.S. Attorney's Office
10. in the Southern District of New York-- Preet Bhahara's office. Document here: documentcloud.org/documents/4325…
11. Enter King Ruiner, 2009. You see, he wanted to foster better relations with the Muslim world -- Iran. He thought Bush was too hard on Iran because Nukes- and Obama went all feelz over realz on us to "release tensions"
12. Of course, none of us would be tense about a nuclear bomb heading our way but never mind that- back to the Ruiner--and enter Brennan- the super not corrupt CIA director -who issued a policy paper here: journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.117…
13. By 2010 Brennan was assistant to the president for homeland security and his brainiac idea was that Hezbollah had good guys too and so let's make nice with them and build them up because they aren't totally a terrorist organization
14. but rather a militia and political party with representatives in the Lebanese Cabinet and parliament as reported by Reuters reuters.com/article/us-leb…
15.Bottom line, King Ruiner Obama wanted to help envision a new world where Hezbollah was good and where deals would be made with Iran on nukes (remember the palettes of cash delivered to Iran?) As the Iran deal began to close, agents noticed
16. an uncanny and systematic shut down of Project Cassandra operations. "This was a policy decision, it was a systematic decision,” said David Asher-the guy who helped establish and oversee the Project.
17. "They serially ripped apart this entire effort that was very well supported and resourced, and it was done from the top down." Also, Katherine Bauer an Obama era treasury official in her little known testimony, pretty much said that
18. the whole darn project was "tamped down" for fear of jeopardizing King Ruiner's pet project in Iran.
19. The Politico article is exhaustive and well researched. No way I can give all details here. Suffice to say, that the world wide web of investigations looking into MULTIPLE bad actors doing terrible things was for all intents and purposes thrown out
20. by a man who was singularly focused on leaving a legacy of good relations with our dear Iranian friends as well as Muslim terrorists who were killing our soldiers in the Middle East.
21. As Asher explained, “The closer we got to the [Iran deal], the more these activities went away. So much of the capability, whether it was special operations, whether it was law enforcement, whether it was [Treasury] designations —
22. even the capacity, the personnel assigned to this mission — it was assiduously drained, almost to the last drop, by the end of the Obama administration.”
23. Thems some fightin' words and a very sad ending to what could have been an epic sting on a criminal and TERRORIST ORGANIZATION- that was operating all over the world and flowing freely within our "borders".
24. Of course, if you asked King Ruiner Obama, he would say we were imagining things, "full stop". Sounds a lot like treasonous behavior to me. My question is, what the hell did this man do that was good for our country and will he ever pay? Finis.
25. @nameredacted5 Here's your thread for the full three part story- see. It is well worth the read. politico.com/interactives/2…
