I am terribly upset with actual facts not taking place in the discourse with regards to NEET Exams for candidates from TN. First let us stick to facts.

In 2017 82,000 candidates appeared for NEET from TN.
In 2018 it is 1,11,500 candidates are appearing for NEET from TN. (1)
Compared to 2017 & 2018 candidates writing NEET has risen by 31% from TN. So, even NEET Exam Centres have been increased to the tune of 25% in TN. Out of 1,11,500 candidates, 110,000 candidates are allotted Exam Centres within TN. (2)
The rest around 1000/1500 were given the nearest available centres in neighbouring cities based out of their choice. Those who are appearing in Delhi/far away cities to write the exam have only been allotted centres out of their choice. Students have opted for these centres. (3)
After a month of applying for NEET, option was given to Candidates to change Centres if reqd. For a Chennai candidate Tirupati(out of State) is nearer compared to Trichy/Coimbatore. For a Nagercoil candidate Trivandrum (out of State) is nearer compared to Chennai/Coimbatore. (4)
For a Coimbatore candidate Palakkad(out of State) is nearer compared to Chennai or Salem. So obviously these candidates opt other state centers as choice of preferences owing to proximity. TN Media without having right numbers in hand did unleash a campaign against Modi Govt. (5)
Until now nobody is able to give exact figures on the number of candidates allotted Centres in Rajasthan or Sikkim(as claimed here). These centres would have been students 2nd or 3rd choice of preference to write NEET. Agree there is a glitch, CBSE should own up; (6)
but projecting it as a deliberate botch up by Central Govt. to punish Tamil Nadu's students is a shameless political argument that supposedly neutral Media has picked up shedding their professional ethics. Let us see how many are travelling to far away places(must be in 100s) (7)
& help them out rather than panicking entire lot that is appearing for NEET. DMK morons I tell you; you are the worst worst creatures on earth who spread canards, false info just because you dolts aren't in power. Whenever you're in power you tuck your tails. Shame on you. (8/8)
We are told that most of the TN students who are allotted Rajasthan NEET Centres are those rich kids who took NEET coaching in Rajasthan's famous coaching centres. So it must be out of their own choice right? Can Media tell us how many TN candidates are appearing in Rajasthan?
Not ONE. I repeat not ONE student who opted for NEET Exam in Tamil is allotted a Exam Center that is outside Tamil Nadu. Shame on people who spread false stories to suit their agenda. Here are the facts in Tamil about #NEET Exams.
Total 39 Students out of thousands from Govt. & Govt. Aided Schools of Tamil Nadu are appearing for NEET in other state centres.
Kanniyakumari - 10 students appearing in Trivandrum
Erode - 3 in Mysore & 1 in Bangalore = 4
Ramanathapuram - 1 in Ernakulam
Thiruvarur - 2 in Kollam
Tirunelveli - 5 in Trivandrum & Ernakulam
Trichy - 17 in Trivandrum
In total ONLY 39 students are appearing for NEET Exams outside TN from Govt. & Govt. aided Schools of Tamil Nadu. District Collectors are making all arrangements for their comfortable travel & accommodation.
Dear @news7tamil I appreciate you on finding the weather report of Rajasthan! But what you failed is to show ONE candidate JUST ONE candidate from Tamil Nadu who is forcefully allotted Exam Center in Rajasthan without asked for. Shame on your cheap & insensitive journalism.
2 FULL DAYS into the controversy & Tamil Media that howled “Tamils allotted NEET Exam Centres forcefully in Rajasthan, Sikkim, Jharkhand” COULDNT find ONE student? JUST ONE STUDENT? & they shamelessly panicked our students & entire world that Centres allotted in North forcefully.
CBSE says, due to non-availability of Seats in TN a Madurai candidate in stead of being sent to Chennai is being sent to Ernakulam which is nearer. I wanted to validate this & it seems to be true.

Madurai to Chennai Distance - 462 kms.
Madurai to Ernakulam Distance - 268 kms.
Its much truer in the case of Tirunelveli. A candidate instead of being allotted a Chennai Centre is allotted Ernakulam which is just 1/3rd of the distance. Is it not good for these candidates?

Tirunelveli to Chennai - 624 kms
Tirunelveli to Ernakulam - 274 kms

Any take??
When CBSE says instead of Chennai they allotted Ernakulam fr South Tamil Nadu candidates @HRDMinistry should also explain in why other nearer Tamil Nadu centres to South TN weren’t considered. Entire botch up & controversy is also because of HRD Ministry not speaking up on time.
Sun News reporters in front of every NEET Centres in TN to take bytes that will abuse, criticise & demonise BJP, Modi. When parents tell these reporters that they faced no trouble & they knew of all instructions these, reporters’ faces turn pale & immediately cut short the byte.
