The following things are plain:

(1) Parliament set out rules for the fair conduct of the Referendum
(2) Parliament did this to ensure that it obtained the will of the people rather than the will of the highest spenders
(3) There has been a (massive) breach of the rule set out by Parliament by the Leave side
(4) Because those rules have been breached Parliament (a) knows the Referendum was not fairly conducted and (b) cannot know what the will of the People would have been had the Referendum been fairly conducted
(5) It is obvious that overspending can – and indeed this is its very purpose – affect the result of a Referendum
(6) Parliament knew this and that is precisely why Parliament imposed spending caps
(7) Donors to the Leave side knew spending could influence the result and this is precisely why they donated
(8) Campaigners for the Leave side knew overspending could influence the result and that is why they overspent
(9) Because the rules have been broken what is asserted to be the will of the people cannot be asserted to be the will of the people
(10) There is a still further investigation into another part of the Leave campaign which the @GoodLawProject forced the Electoral Commission to open
(11) And on 19 June the Divisional Court will hear the @GoodLawProject argue that it is already clear, from the facts we know, that Vote Leave broke the law when it donated £625,000 of services or money to @darrengrimes_
(12) We need your help to continue with that hearing. If you want to help protect your democracy from plutocrats this is how you do it. crowdjustice.com/case/did-vote-…
