#COVID19 #ethics thread: The hardest problem to solve in Europe/US now is an ethical one. From the public health perspective, China & South Korea showed that containment measures work. What still eludes public awareness is the moral responsibility that everyone has towards others We need to send a very clear and simple message: we need to behave in a certain way not because we feel personally at risk or because it's imposed on us from above, but because we can help reduce the risk for everyone, especially the most vulnerable.
