We published new science for an #ME subset! Our 2nd BH4 publication explains why BH4 is elevated in #ME patients with #OrthostaticIntolerance. Using original experiments, we identify 4 important findings: 1/5 #POTS #MECFS 1. Less utilization of oxygen in blood stimulates Non-oxidative Pentose Phosphate Pathway, which could produce high BH4. We studied the effect of hypoxia on the PPP pathway, BH4 and BH2. #ME 2/5
