NEW: EU leaders have agreed to move forward w/ #Turkiye in a 'phased, proportionate and reversible manner.'
Potentially re-opening high level dialogues in economy, energy + transport, Customs Union talks etc
Also want #Cyprus talks to resume, which doesn't seem likely
Here's the Turkish Cypriot President Ersin Tatar from a two weeks ago saying there seems to be currently no grounds for their resumption
1) Interesting results in recent @gmfus survey on polarization in #Turkey, showing there's not much among people on foreign policy, giving food for thought to US and EU politicians. Majority/plurality of supporters of 5 biggest parties believe Europe wants to disintegrate Turkey. 2) Attitudes to foreign countries. Israel, US and Greece are ones they have the most negative view of. Azerbaijan by far most positive, Germany 2nd a long way behind. UK and France equally negative, which probably doesn't reflect the state of relations with them at the moment.

Three videos which show the moment the main bazaar in Ganja in #Azerbaijan was hit by a rocket. There are 700 shops here and it’s the biggest bazaar in the region. Ganja is Azerbaijan’s second largest city, 60 km from #Armenia border, further from #NagornoKarabakh.
Officials here said only 7 or 8 people suffered minor injuries. The area had been largely evacuated because missiles had already fallen nearby.

1) #Turkey and the USA seem to be getting closer over #Libya. Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin has been on local channel NTV tonight, says 'We can't accept the support Russia gives to Haftar, we don’t believe this will support the political process in Libya..... 2) '...the US side on the other hand sees that Turkey's involvement in the Libya crisis brought a balance in the situation.' The US ambassador to Libya has also been on the phone to the leader of the UN-backed govt in Libya's capital, Tripoli. ly.usembassy.gov/ambassador-nor…
