𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿: 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆?

'Foundry' is the name of the data integration & analytics platform set to be used by the NHS as part of its Federated Data Plaform (FDP) which has sparked numerous privacy concerns around the handling of patient data.

(contd.) Image Last year we looked at an example of the licensing Terms & Conditions of a Palantir contract circa. 2020.

🟥 What is the 'other data' that Palantir may collect with Foundry? A very broad & unclear term.

🟥 Where's it stored & does it leave the country where processing occurs.

🚨 The Online Safety Act, formerly known as the Online Safety Bill and Online Harms White Paper has received Royal Assent.

With the encryption clause still present, there's a lot of things people can do to protect their speech online as well as countering surveillance 👇 The more people that are in the Linux community the better.

You are much safer using a Linux based OS while running a VPN as well as using encryption based applications on your desktop/laptop

America have stopped printing #COVID19 vaccination records which could used for international travel.

The #NHS still have a COVID-Pass available until 31st March 2024 even though there's SEVEN countries left in the world with entry measures. Image Here's the list of countries where @SteveBarclay @DHSCgovuk @UKHSA still think it's necessary & proportionate to continue wasting UK tax payers money on this useless scheme.

It's a joke.

🧵The Crime & Policing MP @CPhilpOfficial may view the integration & amalgamation of multiple national databases using AI to tackle crime as a 'gamechanger'.

But there are serious risks for the data & privacy of everyday citizens. We explain more in this thread 👇 Facial Recognition 🟥 Cybersecurity: Criminals may attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the systems used to integrate & store data.

Hacking, malware, or ransomware attacks, could compromise the integrity & availability of data.

An 'anonymous IT reporter' who claims to have spent a lot of time petitioning against COVID-Passes & raised this on TalkRadio 'thinks' national ID cards are a 'bad idea' but their modern equivalent is OK.

dailysceptic.org/2023/07/26/in-… Zero mention of the #OnlineSafetyBill, implications on encryption, & amendments to the Snoopers Charter which could see companies like Apple having to run their latest security/privacy updates by the State & at the risk of the public not knowing about it.

@Bernard57502817 @ABridgen 1⃣ Art. 1 & 42 of proposed amendments say nothing about a change from advisory to 'mandatory'. The term legally binding does not mean that treaty text is enforced within member states legislation.

(contd.) @Bernard57502817 @ABridgen 2⃣ We agree that 'all risks' isn't suitable & requires further definition & clarity. It should remain as public health risks associated with communicable diseases.

Unfortunately this has also been widely blown out of proportion but we can see why.

Interesting that the UKHSA procurement with @TelefonicaUK @BTGroup for 'telecoms mobility data' & 'datasets' are both filed under 'telemetry surveillance system'.

🚨EXCL: The Health Secretary @SteveBarclay handed over authority to @NHSBSA for continuing the COVID Pass until 31st March 2024, unless otherwise revoked.

It also appears that the Director of the DPU has invalidated the order, signing off the wrong year.

tinyurl.com/3x6vzjkx In mid 2022, @maggie_erewash answered Rosindell's WPQ stating the COVID Pass was due to close by 31st March 2023. The goalposts have shifted again.

MP @AndrewRosindell finally received a 'non answer' from @mariacaulfield on 6th March whether the COVID Pass system has closed.

🧵 As reported by @PublicTech, the 'National Communications Data Service' will be able to filter out #UK citizens internet connection records (ICR) through a National Service by the end of 2022.

When the Home Office, NCA & 16 leading internet providers were questioned - silence. 🔴 According to @PublicTech, no official announcement was made by the Govt or other authorities about the expansion of these activities into a National Service, which would allow LEA's to access info on sites visited by #UK citizens.

🧵 Thanks to info from @PublicTech, we reported on the new 'National Situation Centre' who awarded a six month contract to @Telefonica_En for access to its 'Motion & Data Insights' service.

The data provided to SitCen by @O2 represents around a third of the #UK population. '02 Motion' claim that customer data is 'aggregated & anonymised'. To our knowledge this data is being shared without customer knowledge or consent.

'Anonymised' could mean either fully anonymised or 'pseudo-anonymised' - where data could be re-identified. This isn't clear.

🧵Over the past few days there's been much speculation regarding point 23 of the #G20 Leaders Declaration & global #vaccinepassports. Our analysis:

1⃣ The use of digital/non digital solutions for another respiratory virus like 'pandemic' are *useless*.

consilium.europa.eu/media/60201/20… Image 2⃣ There's *no joint ratification or amendment* of point 23 under the existing IHR (2005).

3⃣ Again, no matter the recognition or 'success' as they call it, re: digital #COVID19 certificates, they've been as useless as a chocolate fireguard over the past two years.

We've noticed a lot of drama re-emerging with the @DCMS IDVT (Identity Verification Technology) & the use of IDSP's (Identity Service Providers) which is something that we & @TruthTalkUK covered since 2021.

Some call it 'the end of freedom', but let's revisit what it is: Image Since April 2022, landlords, employers & DBS checks may be conducted by using a IDSP to verify British or Irish citizens ID credentials.

The 'objective' is to improve mobility & to enhance security rather than using less secure methods. This *maybe* useful for remote workers. Image

If you're not concerned about @NHSDigital using the Palantir 'Foundry' system, which will be used to process confidential patient data without your consent, then you should be.

Here's just a few examples of our concern from Palantir's Terms & Conditions, circa. 2020 ⤵️ What is the 'other data' that Palantir may collect from its Foundry software. Where is it stored & does it leave the country where processing occurs.
