I)The Basic - 1st draft of constitution of Bharat was written by B.N.Rau - constitutional advisor to constituent assembly

II) After discussions, debates& public opinions, the necessary changes were made & the final draft was submitted to the President

1/4 III) The Constitution isnt made by any one individual or party. It was a process which required agreement from everyone. Note that the constituent assembly which abolished untouchability & discrimination had majority of so called "upper caste" members !
