We must know & understand our founding documents so 1st thing 2do is to READ the Declaration of Independence in its entirety, next read the Constitution & ESPECIALLY BILL of RIGHTS
I will start with the deception briefly such as we are a democracy - NO democracy always leads to COMMUNISM

Why reclaim at local level ...because that is where we have the greatest POWER via our CONSTITUTIONAL ELECTED SHERIFF, which is key to restoring your Constitution secured Sovereign Rights as an individual endowed by your CREATOR,U must understand this fundamental basic principle.
Why is 1st step to restore the Constitution?
Because DHS fraudulently created a 100 mile coastal Constitution FREE ZONE around #USA. This REMOVED our sovereign rights in these zones according to THEM, but COLOR of LAW cannot usurp our Constitution Supreme Law

Your elected sheriff can remove corrupt commissioners, mayors, & even the Governor when enough ppl come together. They can keep the state corporte police & agencies from entering your county, this is when deputizing as many citizen militia #2A as needed to defend the county...
All state police & agencies as well as Federal agencies have no jurisdiction unless the Sheriff allows via consent of citizens.
That includes HHS, FDA, EPA, CDC, et al
