We have four hampers that we currently need help with. If you would like to help any of these following individuals/families/seniors directly please DM us! 1/?

Hamper 1: (Family of three. Two adults and one child. They also have two pets. One cat and one dog.)

This family is in need of a small to medium hamper. Their list of immediate needs total $265.00. Their list of wants total $170.00. 2/?

This family is also looking for help with a gently used washer and dryer. This is a blended family that is also looking to meet new people that live in the north east area, specifically the Whitehorn area. If you would like more info please DM. 3/?

Hamper 2: (Young woman with pet. Cat)

This young woman already went to the food bank to was only able to eat about 1/4 of the food that was given to her from the foodbank. She submitted her list of needs and it total: $165.00 and her list of wants total: $80.00 4/?

This young woman does not drive so would need a volunteer to deliver her food hamper to her. Please DM if you can help this young woman. She is also looking to meet new people and make some friends. 5/?

Hamper 3: Is for a senior couple that is taking care of their grandkids their list of immediate needs total: $225.00 and their list of wants total: $150.00

This couple is also looking for winter jackets for a teen boy and teen girl as well as shoes for the teen girl as well. 6/?

Hamper 4: Is for a single man that’s on AISH. This gentleman lives day to day and often goes without eating in order to make the food he does have last until the end of the month. He does access the foodbank but the food is not enough for his special dietary needs. 7/?

His list of emergent needs total: $275.00 and his list of wants total $60.00. 8/?

This man said it was ok to share this following statement:

“If it wasn’t for the generosity and good nature of my fellow Calgarians and my fellow Albertans in these trying times during a pandemic, many people would go hungry, many people would be homeless....9/?

...thank god for community programs and for groups that help just because they see a need and not because they have an ulterior motive. Thank you for considering helping me. God see your good deeds and God will bless you tenfold!” 10/?
