These are the original Moorthies of Shri Rama, Lakshmana & Sita Mata which were removed and sent to a safe place before Ram Mandir was desecrated by Babur. When Babur marched into Ayodhya, the caretaker of the Mandir Pandit Shyamanand Maharaj fled Ayodhya along with
the Moorthies & handed them over to Swami Eknath Maharaj of Paithan. Later these Moorthies were handed over to the Guru of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Shri Swami Samarth Ramdas.
When Swami Samarth was on a tour of South India, he placed those Moorthies on the banks of the
holy sangam of rivers Tunga & Bhadra forming #Tungabhadra in a small town called Harihar, Karnataka.
The moorthies have been worshiped since then by the Gurus of Narayan Ashram in Harihar. There was a huge celebration in Harihar after the Ayodhya verdict. The people of Harihar &
the Narayan Ashram are now preparing to return back the moorthies to Shri Rama's Birth place, Ayodhya. This is the depth of our #Devotion / #Bhakthi. Today the value of these moorthies would be several crores in the international artefact market
Still they are going to return to
the original Mandir. Think of our piety Truthfulness & bhakthi
