3/x Manpower
Guilds earn facilitation fees from #AxieScholars & managers earnings and allocate them efficiently. Toolings will help with scaling and guilds can further optimise in-game trading/leasing of #NFT with their #P2E game economy expertise
4/x Manpower
@PerionDAO has proprietary API (non-public) and smart contracts to automate all of their breeding, with systems that automatically tracks and targets the most profitable #Axie, enhancing their #AxieScholars aiming to be the most competitive gaming #guilds
5/x Venture Capitalists
#Guilds are in an advantageous position for investing & advising new #GameFi projects with a player base, community outreach and expertise. Hence #guilds are able to outgrow their treasury over time. As explained by @DeFiVader

An example would be @GuildFiGlobal, where they have segregated their treasury into 1) Development, 2) Growth, and 3) Venture. Being backed by strong investors, #Guildfi would have the financial might, deal flow and technical know-how

@YieldGuild seeks to build more relationships, such as fintech integration, on/off-ramp fiat, and payment solutions for their users to directly use tokens to pay for bills such as phone bills.

Since scholar-manager matchmaking are done offchain, payments are not securely enforced, leading to possible defaults. @GuildFiGlobal solution is to automate an off-onchain claiming process whereby scholars initiate claims & manager approves

As for @0xAdventure solution 1.0, asset owners deposit their assets into an address escrowed by 0xAdventure. Asset owners can then assign scholar managers who will manage/play the game, and disburse earnings to the scholar managers in time

When onchain toolings via smart contracts are available, they could formalise the model by streamlining human resources together and turning it into a #SaaS platform. @YieldGuild is looking to include new ERC standard for conditional NFT usage

@0xAdventure will be building a wallet system which could be adopted by others. Hence #guilds are able to track their resources onchain. They will be looking to gamify the experience, which brings us to the next point
12/x Identity
Identity is a core component for such #Socialfi projects, enticing user growth (eg Gamification). With key infrastructure as an enabler, the community is still the key. Guilds are in a prime position to also naturally evolve into #Socialfi projects.

@GuildFi have daily quest for achieving milestones, while @0xAdventure create an avatar system, integrating in games and award #NFT that can be equipped. @YieldGuild have their own specific #NFT (founders coin, token gates, #YGG sword) for special privileges

After developing a performance scoring system, integrated with on-chain wallet capabilities, DeFi features such as “Unsecured #DeFi Lending”, “ #NFT mortgages” can be extended to scholars who have shown a stable and good performance rating.
