There's been a Ukr missile strike at Novaya Kakhovka in #Kherson region where a Saltpeter (Potassium Nitrate) warehouse was hit. Adjacent residential buildings were also affected. Reportedly a Himars was used.
Local authorities report dead & wounded. No numbers given yet

Just a reminder, Potassium Nitrate is what exploded in Beirut a couple of years ago

There are rumours that a Himars launcher with rockets has been acquired by the Russians.
The price mentioned is:
$880 000 for the vehicle
$300 000 for the rockets
The arrangement reportedly was for the Ukr to "abandon" it in the gray zone & a Rus patrol would find it

Rybar has posted about this and they don't usually post stuff without substance. They're also believed to have connections with Russian Intel.
Acc to them, they expect it to be confirmed one way or the other within 2 weeks
