I was discussing with a group of well informed people , they asked me about TN BJP , Many said leadership matters.

The very notion of leadership is skewed in Tamil Nadu , Courtesy Influence of Cinema Industry. Leadership and popularity are two different things

Sachin Tendulkar Might be a popular cricketer , but will he be a good administrator ? This very few ask. most times there is a missmatch. you cannot expect an expert in one domain to be an expert in another. In politics you elect a leader not because one is beautiful or popular.

In politics you elect a leader who can give you good administration and one who can deliver. Has any one tested the admin skills of these cinema people ? i doubt. TN could have reached the pinnacle of development but for these cinema industry people.

Just because one is a popular actor or script writer can you make him a pilot in the commercial plane you travel ? Arre Yaar one should have domain knowledge. In TN these dravidian politicians were masters in scripting dialogues, master orators but they had pathetic admin skills

The top most advantage of electing a BJP Govt is there are over 20 BJP CMs , each has approached or tackled or solved a given problem in a different way. By electing a BJP Govt you get the collective experience of over 20 CMs , in governance you need out of the box thinking and

...experience. Another advantage in BJP is that No leader can run away with crazy agendas, they are held by party discipline, there is someone to control the leader when he or she goes astray , especially CMs. In BJP you get Collective leadership and there are filters in BJP

In dynastic and family run parties its top to bottom appointment of office bearers , they act as representatives of the dynasty or the family , but in BJP its the other way round, office bearers are elected and not nominated, the result is you reflect the views of the people

BJP has the skill to identify those who can deliver , most BJP CMs were not mass leaders before they got elected, but Party knew the performers. now all BJP CMs are doing a fantastic job , Be it Yogi ji , khattar ji , Raman singh ji , Mama ji , etc.,

In BJP leaders are being nurtured and groomed, this outsiders might not be aware of , so they have a different perception. My request is vote for the party and its ideology not for dynastic and family run parties . See the Janam kundali of the party
