Finally got around to getting some spicy vinegar started. Cayenne and Santa Fe pepper, Cilantro, and Garlic from the garden. Distilled white vinegar as the base vinegar.
Sterilize jars.
Pack thoroughly washed "stuff" in
Get vinegar to 190 (or boiling)
Pour vinegar over
Seal

They should pop and seal themselves. Store in dark/cool for 2-4 weeks. Decant (or don't) into fancy bottles if you wanna. These will be gifts in my case.
As you can see, the life of a scientist is super glamorous.

You can take the kid out of the farm, but you can't take the farm out of the kid.
