Earlier this week, Corsi's lawyer told us he was trying to set up a separate sit-down with Mueller's office, which could make a grand jury appearance unnecessary. But his lawyer isn't commenting now on what happened
The grand jury will still have something to do this morning -- Randy Credico, another witness in Roger Stone's orbit, just arrived at the courthouse. Here he is with his dog Bianca
Asked if he wanted to say anything before going in to testify before the grand jury, Credico said, "What's a nice guy like me doing in a place like this?"

Asked if he thought Roger Stone was in trouble and could face charges, Credico declined to comment. He said the last time he spoke to Stone was in May.
Credico's questioning was led by Aaron Zelinsky, a lawyer in special counsel Robert Mueller's office. There were other lawyers there, but Credico and his lawyer declined to name them.
