Let’s start out with the gains. And then the losses.
- A couple of Justices on the Supreme Court who, we THINK, might one day vote to overturn the dreaded Roe v Wade decision.
- Tax Breaks. Which may or may not benefit us individually, depending on where we live and how much we make.
I’m sure there are a few other things that we can talk about that are genuinely good. Cool. Take stock of what you see the benefits are.
- Credibility. Nobody believes anymore than Christian Conservatives care about family values. Or morality. Anyone who suggests otherwise will have most of the rest of the country laugh in their faces. The sanctity of marriage? Forget it, dude. Over. Done.
Many of the people who are described in Matthew 7:21-23 think that they’re Christians. But they find out they’re not.
