Court papers from the FTC's Florida litigation shutting down World Patent Marketing (WPM) as a scam indicate WPM sent $9,375 to now-acting AG Matt Whitaker between Oct. '14 and Feb. 25, 2016 and owed him $7,500 more for his work as an advisor, when the spreadsheet was made.
