🚨 MAJOR: Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian attorney in the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting, charged with obstruction of justice in the Prevezon case.

Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said she fabricated evidence.
Remember when Donald Trump, Jr. claimed that he "mostly talked about adoptions" with Veselnitskaya at the Trump Tower meeting?

That's Russia's response to sanctions over the death of Sergei Magnitsky, a key figure in the Prevezon case.

For those asking about "Real Estate Company-1": The indictment describes it as a defendant and claimant in the Prevezon case.

That leaves a flurry of shell companies for which the most likely candidate is Prevezon Holdings, owned by Veselnitskaya's client Katsyv.
If so, that would make the father of the owner of "Real Estate Company-1" Pyotr Katsyv, a former Russian transportation minister in the Moscow region.
This also makes sense because Veselnitskaya represented the entire Katsyv family, per this 2017 NYT article, which remains a useful backgrounder on her in general.

Part of why Putin poisons and murders people is to discourage that kind of cooperation. But if she does, there’s gotta be a lot she could tell prosecutors.
