Hearing is done. The CJEU has said there will be an Opinion and Decision very quickly. Summing up, it seems to me unlikely the CJEU will say the matter is hypothetical. Ditto that unanimity is required. It might impose lesser conditions.

There's a perfectly sensible case for a Party leader making policy from on high. But it's pretty grim watching smart folk on the Left demean themselves trying to pretend that's not what Corbyn is doing.
Question for all those folks insisting member-led democracy was served because delegates got to vote on a motion: why didn't they get to vote on whether Labour should commit to a referendum given how over 100 constituencies and at least three quarters of members wanted one?
It's a free country. Subscribe to whatever delusion makes you happy. Just don't expect anyone whose head is screwed on such that their nose and toes point in the same direction to join you in it.

Only 29% of judges in England and Wales are women. Fewer than 1% are "black or black British".

Of the 1,360 odd *salaried* (ie full-time, permanent) judges in England and Wales the number who are "black or black British" is 7. That's right, about half of one percent.

Very shocked & disappointed with the lack of follow up to an incident that happened yday with my @Uber driver. After sending many emails to @Uber_Support detailing the horrific verbal abuse I received from an Uber driver, still no contact had been made to discuss the incident
I was called a whore, slut and multiple other slurs by a driver after simply requesting he tell me in which car park he was located at Manchester piccadilly. He also refused to let me in his car and I was left out in the cold. @Uber_Support do not seem to care
If this is the kind of behaviour @Uber like to defend and tolerate from drivers... I’d strongly encourage women especially to avoid using this company and support other, more respectful private hire companies

Decision 01: Just '59 minute' loan portals for MSME. Loan approvals for up to 1 crore for the MSME sector. Already more than 72,000 MSMEs loan requests approved. This can be checked through LIVE counters. #ModiWithMSME
Decision 02: Interest rate for every GST registered MSME will be 2% lower than market rates. This is for fresh loans up to 1 crores and for incremental loans for up to same value. Additionally, exporters will get 3% to 5% subvention on their loans. #ModiWithMSME
Decision 03: All companies with turnover more than 500 Cr will now be compulsorily on-boarded on TReDS. MSMEs supply to big companies but if their payments get stuck then they can upload their bills on this platform and banks will help generate cash flow for MSMEs. #ModiWithMSME

I spent the afternoon immersed in various forms of my own personal therapy. I'm back and I'm ready to tear some shit up.

And I'm just gonna say it: I'm not backing another politician, ever again, who isn't willing to set shit on fire and burn down white supremacist patriarchy.
I'm going to center on people with a history of fighting for justice, people invested in equity, people who know what it means to fight, people who are relentless. I don't give a fuck where they come from or whether they're "experienced."

I'm looking at a coalition of warriors.
And WE make the army--leaders, generals and priestesses alike--as long as we are willing to listen and build and fight.

Make no mistake about it: I don't care if it all ends in ashes as long as what comes next allows nothing like what happened today to ever happen again.
