The other day I tweeted about how you can be in @MBuhari ‘s camp and tweet nonsense without being charged or arrested.

On 04/12/2018 @Laurestar aide to @MBuhari the @NGRPresident tweeted the following about @Atiku’s campaign in Sokoto

Within hours @Laurestar was exposed.

The exposure was made possible by the collaborative verification of journalists under the aegis of Cross Check Nigeria initiative.

You will think that is enough to deter @Laurestar who is well known for posting fake news but no.

On the same day, aide to @MBuhari claims @Atiku is behind armed herdsmen who have been killing thousands of Nigerians across the country.

A claims she has no facts to back

@Laurestar claims are beyond fake news, this is intent to cause crisis across the country. Imagine if the public runs with this story and @atiku or his supporters are attacked by affected communities, what will @MBuhari have to say?

If this was a serious government, you will expect @Atiku to be investigated and charged to court for arming herdsmen but no.

November 14, 2018, @atiku granted an interview to @TheAfricaReport where he discussed ranching

Atiku claimed in the interview that he had more than 1000 heads of cows & cattle rustlers stole about 200.

He also claimed to have set up livestock factories in Abuja & Yola. So he proposed puting cows in ranches and buying livestock feeds, this will yield better meat & milk

Of cos @atiku could have been making the claims just for campaign purpose, he did not mention the name of the livestock feeds company nor what has been achieved. So my sources decided to find out more, was @atiku being truthful or “just campaigning”

The company @atiku mentioned in his campaign was Rico Gado, feel free to dig up the existence of the company.

The sources also provided pictures of cows kept in a ranch and being feed with feed from the factory.

It is very dangerous for the aide to the @NGRPresident to make claims that @Atiku who is @MBuhari’s political opponent is behind the killer herdsmen in 🇳🇬. This is a matter of national security which should not be joked with, thousands are dead across 🇳🇬 cos of killed herdsmen

The same government which is now using the power of the state to keep @adeyanjudeji behind bars will be blind to the sinister claims of a presidential aide.

If @Laurestar is sued to court in 🇳🇬, she will run back to the UK cos she won’t be able to afford the outcome.

Says a lot about the type of men and women engaged by the @NGRPresident
