.@thedailybeast repeats a story from @NYDailyNews that reports on a transcript in which a lawyer says that Epstein allegedly directed a 22 y/o woman to have sex w/ me. It doesn't allege that she had sex with me. She didn't. I never met her.
If she claims I did, I challenge her to go on the record and accuse me of having sex with her. She won’t because it never happened and if she were to falsely allege that it did, I would sue her for defamation.

David Boies has maliciously and falsely accused me of having engaged in improper sex in connection with Jeffrey Epstein. He knows the accusation is entirely false as he himself acknowledged in a recorded statement. 1/
He is also aware that there are soon to unsealed emails and a book manuscript in which my false accuser admits she never had sex with me. I will swear under oath that from the day I first met Epstein until today, I have had no sexual contact with any woman but my wife. 2/
I have challenged Boies to swear that he has not had inappropriate sex contacts with women other than his wife during the same period. He won't because he has a terrible reputation with regard to inappropriate sex. How dare he falsely accuse me. End/

I am pleased that the exculpatory material that I have been trying to get unsealed for years will finally be made public.
These smoking gun emails and unpublished manuscript prove that my false accuser — who I never even met—was told to include me in her manuscript describing her alleged sexual encounters, in order to help her market her book, despite her admitted knowledge of my total innocence. c
She did then mention me in her manuscript but NOT as someone with whom she claimed to have ever have had sex. She did name others with whom she claimed to have had sex.

It’s a first amendment case because she sued me for telling the truth. Failure to raise my right to defend myself against a false accusation in a pretrial motion would risk waiving the issue at trial and on appeal. 1/
You aren’t a journalist. You helped them gather information for the suit and they shared the complaint with you before they filed it. You have a conflict of interest. 2/
More proof of @jkbjournalist bias. She reports that my false accuser claims she was 16. My wife & I showed Brown employment record that prove that Roberts didn’t meet Epstein until she was 17. Roberts admits she was wrong about age but Brown persists in reporting a lie. End/
