The concept of innocent until proven guilty is a legal bedrock doctrine that is a corner stone of our "legal system." However, it is not part of our political system.

When serving in politics you don't have a "right" to be considered innocent, honest, or anything else. Serving in government is a "privilege." It is granted by the voters through fair elections. The voters can take that privilege away at any time through various means.

For the President, the process is run through the Congress and is referred to as impeachment. Impeachment is not a legal process, it is a political process for removing a president. It can be used for almost anything but needs to be taken very seriously.

Congress does not need to find a POTUS guilty beyond reasonable doubt. For a president, any serious reasonable doubt is sufficient.
- We do not need to have Trump's DNA on a prostitutes p*ssy
- we do not need his finger prints on a pay off check

- we do not need a recording of his secret meetings with Putin
- we do not need to have Russian agents confess they rigged the election for Trump
- we do not need video tapes of Trump telling thousands of lies (but we do)

To impeach Trump we only need to have well founded reasonable doubt that he is violating his presidential duties, failing to up hold the nations laws, or failing to follow the constitution, or even just being absolutely awful and hurting the US.

I believe we have more than enough common sense evidence to impeach Trump:
- we have many thousands of lies to the public and Congress
- we have obvious attempts to obstruction of justice
- we have obvious attempts to tamper with witnesses

- we have babies in cages
- we have Nazis in the White House
- we have attacks on our allies
- we have giving Syria to Russia and letting ISIS go
- we have a litany of fear mongering and hate mongering
- we have clear evidence of election fraud

WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED TO MAKE A VERY WELL INFORMED DECISION ABOUT TRUMP NEEDING TO BE IMPEACHED.
- we don't need his finger prints, DNA, secret recordings, or pee pee tapes.
- we also don't need #MAGA to suddenly get smart
- we don't need Fox to start reporting the truth

We just need good decent people living up to their morals, values and using their fair and honest judgement. I'm ready for the impeachment process to start. It needs to be done in all seriousness and in a very open process. But it needs to start. It's way over due.
