2/ If there is no WA and we go with your “proposal” then millions of citizens have no certainty as to status.

How could you forget to think of them?

3/ If there is no WA then your proposal also means the UK does not honour its liabilities - you know the financial settlement it agreed in December 2017 as part of the joint report wth the EU

4/ How could you forget that not honouring your commitments makes you an unreliable partner?

5/ Your proposal is a replacement if the WA. But the EU has spent ages negotiating the WA with the UK. They were clear they are not going to amend the WA (but maybe the political declaration).

So the other party has already rejected it. Oops

6/ If this is your Brexit plan, why are you only now articulating it?

You did not put this forward in 2016 so logically you should be seeking public endorsement of it. So I assume you need a public vote. Oops

7/ What happens if the two week deadline you set lapses and there are no heads of terms?

8/ If you propose zero tariffs and quotas you have to give that to the whole world as would the EU

But if you both did that both parties would lose leverage in negotiating trade deals. Why would either the UK or the EU do that?

9/ You would then make UK companies uncompetitive as they would face tariffs. So in a strike you make the UK’s position worse and you don’t protect UK jobs.

10/ And then what about regulatory standards? You say nothing of those

Which means either you do not care about protecting UK citizens with safe products or

11/ You forgot to mention the need for checks.

Which means a hard border which goes against:

- the GFA

- the December Joint Report

- the EU Withdrawal Act

12/ And that makes you look unreliable which we established earlier -oops

13/ And we you know the UK was always sovereign as the Government Brexit White Paper clear so You proposal all this to get back a country you never lost. Oops

14/ So actually your proposal achieves nothing but wastes more time because if we leave with no deal you get the hard Brexit you want

17/ And the weird thing is your proposal forgot to clarify how:

- it makes the UK better off

- it deals with Euratom, Galileo, Erasmus or the EMA

- European safety cooperation and...

18/ That services represent 80% of our economy yet services at WTO level or trade deal level are much harder to liberalise

19/ It is almost as though your proposal is making life as hard as it can be for the UK.
