I don't usually do stuff like this, but it seems like it'll be fun so I wanted to share! Since I enjoy a wide variety of games, I'm also going to make an effort to have as little repeating titles as possible :D
1. The very first video game I remember playing was DOOM on an uncle's PC. I was about 4-5, which is /probably/ a little too young in hindsight 😏
Anytime I heard a Spiderdemon walking around I would get scared and have to call my uncle to kill it lol
2. There are a lot of "good" characters in games, but I'm hard pressed to think of "great" ones, let alone a favourite. I do think Sans from Undertale is one of the more interesting in recent memory, so I'll take the easy answer here.
3. A game I think is underrated would be The Sexy Brutale. It is a "Groundhog Day" murder-mystery set in a casino mansion, and one of the most enjoyable and interesting indie puzzle games I played last year! Available on PC/PS4/Xbox One and recently released for Switch as well :D
4. My guilty pleasure game is unquestionably World of Warcraft. I've been a fan of the series ever since playing Warcraft 3, so every expansion I find myself coming back to see what is new. Helps that I have friends and family that I can group up with!
5. The character I relate to the most would probably be Robin from Fire Emblem. More of a thinker than a fighter, and they are one of my most played characters in Smash Bros! Also I'm certainly the type of nerd to bring a book to a battlefield 🤓
6. One of the most annoying characters has to be Techies from Dota. Playing against them is often frustrating and tedious, and playing with them on your team encourages being overly defensive. I'm also not a fan of playing as them either so they really just aren't for me :P
7. A day late but my favourite game couple goes to Shulk + Fiora from Xenoblade Chronicles! There was something about these two that I really appreciated; they are really cute together and their story didn't feel forced 💞
8. I had a tough time picking a "best soundtrack" but in the end I'm going to cheat and choose Smash Bros. Ultimate, since it has so many amazing Nintendo renditions (and soon Persona 5 music)! I'd be remiss if I didn't shout-out Nier: Automata, Katamari and Undertale as well 🎶
9. Saddest game scene goes to Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. There is a moment in that game that will stick with me for a long time, and it has consequences that fundamentally changes how the game is played afterward. Such a special experience!
10. Best gameplay goes to the Katamari series, simply because there is nothing else quite like it. They are so bizarre, but are still the ultimate "turn your brain off and enjoy" games, with catchy soundtracks to boot! Runner up goes to Spelunky, which is also one of a kind.
11. I'd be lying if I didn't say my gaming system of choice is the PC. I've gotten so used to being able to mod and tweak my PC games that I'm disappointed when I see a bare-bones options menu haha

That said, I love the Switch and have been playing a lot of PS4 in the past year!
12. The Rhythm Heaven series is my pick for "game everybody should play". They are zany like Katamari, fast-paced but easy to understand like WarioWare, yet are totally accessible to anybody, since they rely entirely on your rhythm to play. Highly recommended!
13. The Binding of Isaac, Spelunky, Risk of Rain and Enter the Gungeon are all excellent games that I've played MANY times. I don't tend to replay games often, but some non-roguelike games would be DKC1&2, Star Fox 64, Dark Souls1&2, Metroid Fusion or Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow.
14. Most recent game wallpaper would go to this picture of Hollow Knight. Haven't really looked for new wallpapers in a while, but I like the simplicity of this one (and I'm super excited for the Hornet campaign in development)!
15. Little late but here is a screenshot from a game I've been playing! Turns out Apex Legends is quite a bit of fun, even if my only win was a little low action. I was still pleased with it because I was the last surviving member of my team, and managed to secure the victory!
16. My pick for best cut-scenes goes to God of War (2018). I really appreciated how every cut-scene transitioned seamlessly back into game-play, all done as "one-shot", while simultaneously looking beautiful to boot! 🏔️
17. My initial pick for favourite antagonist went to GLaDOS, but then I remembered her predecessor, SHODAN from System Shock. It's been quite a while since I played that series, but SHODAN never failed at creeping me out and setting the tone!
18. My choice for favourite protagonist goes to Arthur Morgan of Red Dead Redemption 2! In my opinion, the best part of RDR2 was its character development, and Arthur Morgan shines as an out-standing example 🤠
19. A game setting I wish I lived in easily goes to Animal Crossing. I'd love to spend my time digging up fossils, fishing, or hanging out with the friendly animal folk around town!
20. My favourite genre is Metroidvanias because I love being able to explore the entire map to find all secrets, abilities and bosses. Hollow Knight and Aria of Sorrow exemplify this. Immersive sims that emphasize choice like Deus Ex and Dishonored are also right up my alley!
21. I'm going to give "game with best story" to What Remains of Edith Finch. It told an interesting story in a very unique way, which made one of the most compelling walking simulators I've ever played!
22. I think the clearest example of a game sequel that disappointed me goes to Dark Souls 2. It was tough to follow such a classic as the original Dark Souls, but the world design (among other decisions) left a lot of people, myself included, wanting more.
23. The game I believe has the best art style is Persona 5. It has such a distinctive quality that effectively adds to the UI, even the various menus look and feel good to use!
24. My favourite classic game goes to DKC2, because it helped spawn my love for challenging performers with a focus on secrets & collectibles. Aside from roguelike games, I'm pretty certain I've played through this game more times than any other. 🍌🐒
25. I have a long backlog of unplayed games that I already own, but there were two games that I hadn't bought yet and knew I wanted to play: Night in the Woods & Celeste. I just bought Celeste the other day, and I've been enjoying it, but I certainly intend on buying NitW soon!

Dang auto correct :P
26. RDR2 makes its second appearance on my list because I believe it has consistently amazing voice acting, even the background characters were performed well. Runner up goes to Spider-Man for the same reasons, I love that Spidey strains to speak while swinging!
27. Quite a bit late but I want to finish this thread, so my pick for "most epic scene" goes to God of War. The first few hours of the game set such an incredible precedent; the game is very well paced and left me awed, unsure of how @SonySantaMonica will top it next!
28. My favourite developer has to go to @SupergiantGames! Each of their games look incredible, feel good to play, with amazing audio design and soundtracks. Been a big fan since Bastion released way back when, and I'm super excited for Hades!
29. The game I unexpectedly loved goes hand-in-hand with my previous tweet, because I was unsure of @SupergiantGames' Pyre but it is now one of my favourite indie titles. I was sold when I watched @Totalbiscuit's "WTF Is..." on the game, and I adored it from start to finish!
30. My favourite game of all time is Smash Ultimate! It is incredibly fun to play in a party setting or when try-harding 1v1 versus another player. Its single-player is a bit weak, but I've already got tons of playtime in Classic, World of Light and the spirits + challenges.
I've been playing the Smash series since I was young, and will continue to play Ultimate for years to come! Love watching the competitive scene and I'm very excited for the various DLC characters!
Thanks for reading folks, apologies that I ended the thread a little late (I was out of town). I've noticed another variation on this thread going around gaming Twitter, but this one is a little more comprehensive, so I'm glad I did it :D
