now, when he visited the Kel-Tec plant, he reported showed particular interest in/asked about buying their recently released new popular combat shotgun, the KSG (which has received prominent product placement, among other things, in the last John Wick movie). here's a pic of that 
I've been unable to determine what gun he allegedly threatened to shoot his pregnant girlfriend with, whether it was another Kel-Tec. I contacted Kel-Tec to ask if they had given him one/one of their employees had facilitated a private sale etc. unsurprisingly, I never heard back
