How do I know?
My house was set on fire and they took my phone & another I had lying about, made me unlock it & checked it.
Basically, they decided I lit the fire while I was asleep and just waited to burn alive....
"If you play with fire you expect to get burnt," after I was targeted by the far-right online shortly before the fire. Sorry the FIRST FIRE attack.
The Detective Sergeant then used what I said to the PC to claim I set the second fire to get a move.
The issue with that, I'd already been given one by that time...
When that failed, they visited my disabled mum who has neurological/memory problems & told her to give a statement but, said my dad, wasn't "allowed in the room."
I was 20 miles away on the way to my parents, as advised by a PC, when a drunk driver crashed into me. I was literally with police when they claimed I was at home. 🤦♂️
They're trying to use my own mother as a witness against me despite the fact she couldn't remember her statement the next day.
Fail to check I wasn't at home as above.
And, because I wanted to move ASAP after the 2nd fire, despite already preparing too, they say I lit it to move.
I was 1mins from my kids, now I'm 20. Not my idea of good.
TWO years after the fire and I still have no closure.
My solicitor is extremely confident in this case.
I will clear my name & have @policescotland investigated
I'd hope my actions speak for themselves.
I only escaped the 2nd fire because my neighbour woke me as the house was lit.
Everything The Crown Office are using is above. Nothing else. Full disclosure.
I am 100% confident the truth will out and, that @NHighlandPolice will be forced to investigate their officers for such poor work.
Scaring my severely disabled mum witless was the last straw.
Using my YouTube watch history as proof? No fire videos where there btw.
I was already moving so lighting a 2nd fire to get a house move wouldn't make sense.
"So you're a Muslim Alex?"
Worth noting that someone who I was friends with in school, and after, was one of the officers present. Felt odd to say the least.
I didn't report it myself, someone else did on my behalf as I was too embarrassed.
I lost all faith in the system after this.
If you do something wrong once, you're treated like the accused all the time, never as a victim.
I'm sharing this because it's right people know the facts.
I'm not asking for a conviction but taking a statement from me would be a something at least.
This is to ensure any investigation to proceeds free from prejudice for both myself and anyone else.
Thank you for the support over the past few days.
