Hoo boy. "Saw the dark insides of the white nationalist movement" is... something.

Whole parts of this piece are written like it's about someone who got involved in some innocuous on the surface thing like a marketing scam or a cultish religious movement.

A campus youth group that bills itself as promoting "the survival of Western civilization and pride in Western heritage" isn't entwined with white nationalism under he surface, it's bog standard open white nationalism. It's the language white nationalism uses to describe itself.

Hasson was influenced by others, to be sure, including American neo-Nazi author Harold Covington and (as evidenced in his Google searches) the [current] president of the United States, but Breivik appears to be the guiding force that shaped his specific plans.

The thing about these documents coming out, which are absolutely *devastating* to the white nationalist movement, is that Kessler himself *initiated these claims.*
Jason Kessler is a massive footgun for the white nationalist movement and people are going to end up in jail for this.
