Following this exchange, over the course of an evening, the witness was asked by Raniere to send photos of herself. She says this started with a photo of her face and eventually became more vulnerable. She says by the end of the night she was sending him naked photos.
The witness said Raniere would even suggest poses she should take the photos in. She says she deleted all the messages and photos following. She believed this was all part of her DOS assignment. She sent him photos like this for a few months.
The witness became choked up at this point as she began explaining why the photos stopped. She says she received a message from her father saying she needed to get her own iCloud account. They had been sharing an iTunes account she says.
The witness says her father said something like, "I found your medical photos." She says apparently there was a deleted photos folder in iCloud. She was crying on the stand at this point and had previously mentioned both her husband and father were currently in the courtroom.
She says at this point Monica says she should have not stopped sending the photos without Raniere's permission. The witness asked for permission to stop sending them and says Raniere's response was that nest time would be in person.
This was the end of testimony for the day. Then, Raniere's attorney Marc Agnifilo filed for a mistrial, citing the issue of using some first names only as a problem.
