Defense asks the witness if she has negative feelings about Jness now. She says yes. He says but it hasn’t always been that way and she agreed sometimes she had positive feelings about the teachings in the past.
He asks more about the dietary restrictions and asks her if Bronfman and Raniere helped her gain weight back. She says yes. He asked her many more questions about her horse jumping career. Witness says she wanted to take the initial #NXIVM classes.
Witness says all the curriculum in NXIVM was created by Raniere. Agnifilo asks about the stripe path of moving up from student to coach and beyond. Compares it to martial arts.
Next, Agnifilo read through the NXIVM mission statement and asked the witness her opinions, interpretations, and feelings on them. He also asked about Bronfman and if she took care of her. The witness said not always.
He asks what Bronfman paid for—NXIVM classes, doctors visits, bringing her horse over from England. Witness says she estimates she’s in $40-50k in debt to Bronfman.
Defense asks briefly about Raniere supporting her running and hen we break for lunch.
