Sorry for the ranting. I know it's weird because this whole adventure started out positive and was supposed to be a learning experience, but its somehow gone downhill very fast.

Im on extremely little sleep and I'm sick besides, but no matter what, I cant shake this feeling.

(2) it started out well but over the course of Jon being away, I've run into issue after issue that has somehow cropped up with this house.

We paid for a very thorough inspection before we bought it, went through all the proper channels, but...

Somethings wrong to me.

(3) I have owned homes before and rented every kind of apartment imaginable, but I've never felt such strange and overwhelming negativity before.

I've paid thousands of dollars this last week alone for things that were never a concern on inspection. And it looks like theres more

(4) much more. In many more aspects than we were ever prepared for.

I've gotten to know this house well over the last week and a half and I do not know how to convey that something is just WRONG here. I don't like it at all.

(5) Everything I have arranged or set up to fix or enhance has hit snags, cost more, not been done right or needs many further things to BE right. I've seen and heard things just being here overnight that point to big problems.

(6) being Pagan, I sage every new home I come into to rid a feeling of negative/ bad spirits or thoughts, and I've done that thrice here, with no feeling of peace.

I've never had such a screaming feeling of dread and weight on me.I've always been very right about such things.

(7) I'm not sure what all this means but I had to get it out.I'm a very chill, relaxed individual that's lived in over 4 countries and hundreds of places,
But it's never been like this. What can I even do? What realtor would even take me seriously and how could we even fix this?
