FILTHY amateurs in the field of trippy imagery referring to a recursive structure that repeats itself on two scales as a fractal when obviously a fractal technically requires at least three layers of self similarity... absolutely disgusting
i once met this girl after she recognized that i used a square version of a koch snowflake (below) in one of my paintings. she took me back to her place after we talked about this for a while. turns out she had a bf which i only learned when he came home unexpectedly. true story. 
not sure what the lesson is here. this was the only math inclined girl i ever was even remotely involved with (obviously never saw her again), but the art girls (my normal style) werent much better
