Pretty ballsy filing from Roger Stone's lawyers arguing he didn't violate the district court's order not to post on social media about his case.

Stone denies that his posts were "statements" within the meaning of the court's order because other people authored the headlines he posted and he literally was simply asking question.

No, I am not kidding.
It's a really aggressive motion. There's no hemming and hawing, not even a shadow of a nod toward an apology, or an assurance that it won't happen again.

Just straight up: this is the government trying to intimidate Stone.
